Amanda Allen, Realtor®, Team Leader of The Skilled Group & Co-Owner of Skilled Contractors, LLC 
 
Amanda graduated from Louisiana State University with a B.A. in 2000, became licensed in Louisiana in 2015 after spending 15 years in administration, customer service, and sales.  Relocating in 2001 from Baton Rouge to Prairieville, she currently resides with her husband, Scott Allen, Co-Owner of Skilled Contractors, LLC. Together they have 3 children, Morgen and a daughter-in-law, Torie, granddaughter, Kamryn and a grandson, Hayden, a daughter, Lynn and son-in-law, Jacob Cobb, and son, Steven.  She is a member of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors®, the National Association of Realtors®, and the Ascension Council of Realtors®. Amanda strives to provide excellent customer service, real estate education for buying, selling, and investing. By helping others through the process of buying and selling real estate, Amanda wants her clients to win with money and achieve wealth for generations to come. Her knowledge in real estate spans many areas which include new construction, homes in need of renovation, probate and investment properties (flip properties and rentals) as well as traditional resale of homes and land.
