Jen Burns - REALTOR®
Thanks so much for considering me as your agent. If I were looking to buy or sell a home, I know that I would want to know details about my agent and their experience. For starters, I was born and raised in Baton Rouge. Later on I moved to Oxford to attend Ole Miss, where I played soccer and was then drafted to play in the first ever US women's professional soccer league. I did that for a year before returning to Louisiana to obtain a master's degree from Southeastern. When I was 24-years-old, I became the head soccer coach at Louisiana Tech University, and I started the soccer program from scratch. After coaching for three years, my husband and I decided to leave college athletics behind. That's when I got into real estate. When I first received my license, I primarily used it to help myself buy and sell homes to flip. In 2010 we moved back to Baton Rouge, and I have been able to grow a great real estate business. For the past 10 years, I have been one of the top agents in all of the greater Baton Rouge area. I am consistently in the top 1% of the Baton Rouge board. I sell anywhere between 60-80 homes a year for about 16-20 million dollars in sales volume. The systems that my staff and I created have been so helpful that we now own The Workflow Shop which allows us to help other top agents manage their transactions. My greatest strengths are my ability to problem solve and my determination to get a transaction closed. I am most proud of my customer service and client experience and most grateful for the relationship I get to create with my customers. I am happily married to my husband, Bob, and we have a 12-year-old daughter named Bailey. I am excited to connect with you!
